Bring Back Anti-Sodomy Laws!

I suggest if an American citizen forgets, overlooks, neglects, refuses, etc., to pay his taxes and ends up in court, he might try to plead the “Geithner Exception.” After all, if it works for a Patrician, it should work for a peon.
People have responded to some of my articles on the economy and asked for my present opinion… My opinion: It will be worse than I thought! Note that this is my opinion and I hope I am wrong.

Yes, Lady Justice is blind, dumb, stupid, and bigoted as is obvious in the case of Dr. Kent Hovind who sits in prison as I write this piece. And if it could happen to him, it could and might happen to you or me. Maybe Bible believing Christians should do as Chinese Christians and keep a small bag packed with personal things waiting for that ominous knock on the door. “We’re from the Federal Government and we’re here to get you.”

All right, many Christians (and others) will declare that Kent was wrong, and because a government is wicked, abortion-promoting, homosexual-pandering does not justify circumvention of taxes. However, the Federal Government has often permitted sport or entertainment celebrities to walk away from huge tax payments with a very small slap on the wrists paying pennies on the dollar! Are we paranoid to suggest that Christians are always treated more severely than others?

Should Christian Jurors Disregard Judges' Instructions?
A judge usually tells a jury that they can decide the facts in the case before them but he will decide the law. That is not correct. Juries have the final decision as to fact and law. They are more powerful than the Governor or President since those officials can only pardon after a guilty verdict. A jury can affirm that there is no guilt! Of course, that strikes at the heart of a judge’s authority, and most of them resent it, ridicule it, and will resist it whenever possible.

Now, I’m not advocating executing innocent people, and the thought is horrifying, but it is a silly statement. We are comparing one Innocent man to hundreds of other innocent people who would be killed if the hun-dred killers went free. The other side of this issue doesn’t think.

Public Schools: My Answer to Their Problems!
I contend that public education gets far more respect than it deserves. If taxpayers really knew what was going on in most classrooms they would storm the schools and tar and feather the teachers and staff.
